Description

A quick and easy gyoza soup loaded with flavor and nutrients, perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • Gyoza (dumplings)
  • Vegetable broth
  • Cabbage (shredded)
  • Carrots (sliced)
  • Green onions (chopped)
  • Ginger (grated)
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Spinach or bok choy

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Add the gyoza (dumplings) and cook until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Finally, stir in the spinach or bok choy until wilted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.

Notes

Use fresh gyoza for the best flavor, but frozen works too. Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers. Adjust the soy sauce to your taste, and add chili flakes for spice.
