- 100 g green cabbage (soft variety)
- Chili threads (optional, to garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, bouillon powder, salt, garlic paste, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Wash the green cabbage and cut it into rough pieces. Add the cabbage to the bowl and rub the seasoning over the leaves for even distribution.
- Transfer the seasoned cabbage to a serving dish and top with chili threads if using.
- Enjoy as a side dish or snack!
Notes
For the best texture, use fresh, tender cabbage. Let the cabbage sit in the seasoning for 15-30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavor.
