Ingredients

  • Dill pickles (or any type of pickles)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice the pickles into thick chips.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Spray with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
