Description

Quick and crispy salmon bites coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, made effortlessly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the salmon pieces in the honey garlic mixture.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Notes

Pat the salmon dry before coating to ensure the glaze sticks. Do not overcrowd the basket and cook in batches if needed.
