Description

A comforting and classic cheesesteak recipe made on a Blackstone griddle, featuring seasoned ribeye, sweet peppers, and gooey cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone or cheese whiz
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 sub rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Add olive oil to the griddle and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Push the veggies to the side and add the sliced steak, cooking until browned and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the steak with the sautéed vegetables.
