  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  3. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until well covered.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  7. Once cooked, remove the potatoes and transfer them to a serving dish.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
