Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl and ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until well covered.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes and transfer them to a serving dish.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

For optimal crispiness, avoid overcrowding the basket and use freshly grated Parmesan.
