- 2 medium zucchinis

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each zucchini slice in olive oil, then coat with the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the coated slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
Notes
