Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
