- 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 container of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 box of vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- In a large dish, layer half of the vanilla wafers, half of the sliced bananas, and half of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers: add the remaining wafers, bananas, and top it off with the rest of the pudding.
- Finish with a generous layer of whipped topping. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Chill the pudding long enough so it firms up nicely, making it easier to serve. For variety, consider adding chocolate chips or experimenting with different flavored puddings.
