- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and clean the grill grates.
- In a bowl, combine chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space between chunks.
- Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Remove skewers from the grill and drizzle with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
