Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Skewers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and clean the grill grates.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken chunks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space between chunks.
  4. Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Remove skewers from the grill and drizzle with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
