Description

A quick and comforting Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry that brings the family together with simple flavors and minimal cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil to the griddle and heat, swirling to coat the surface.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, allowing everyone to scoop their own portion directly from the griddle.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best texture.
