- 1 lb beef, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
- Add vegetable oil to the griddle and heat, swirling to coat the surface.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring well to combine.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, allowing everyone to scoop their own portion directly from the griddle.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best texture.
