Instructions
- Place chicken, beans, corn, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken and stir in the cheese if using.
- Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
