- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cooked sausage (spicy or mild)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the frittata is set in the middle and lightly browned on top.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
