- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour batter into muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
These muffins are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but can be stored in an airtight container for several days.
