Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in fresh blueberries gently.
  7. Pour batter into muffin liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
