- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fettuccine pasta (about 8 oz)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside and slice.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan and mix until smooth.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain. Combine fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve chicken over fettuccine, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
