Description

A comforting and quick Chicken Alfredo dish perfect for family dinners, filled with creamy goodness and rich flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fettuccine pasta (about 8 oz)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside and slice.
  2. Melt the butter in the same skillet and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan and mix until smooth.
  4. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain. Combine fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce.
  5. Serve chicken over fettuccine, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For best flavor, use organic chicken and freshly grated Parmesan. Feel free to customize with fresh herbs or additional vegetables.
