Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup celery, diced

  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, green onions, and chopped eggs to the bowl.
