Description

A hearty breakfast casserole featuring savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and melty cheddar cheese, perfect for busy mornings or a weekend brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Brown the sausage in a skillet, then drain the excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Top the crescent rolls with the cooked sausage.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  7. Generously sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Slice the casserole into squares and serve warm.
