Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Cook turkey bacon until crisp, then chop into pieces.
- Steam or blanch broccoli until just tender.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, broccoli, and turkey bacon.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and bake for 30–35 minutes, until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overcook broccoli before baking to avoid mushiness. You can substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms or bell peppers for a vegetarian option. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for longer storage.
