Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine honey and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture turns a deep amber color, then remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, and salt. Slowly add the honey mixture to the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
  4. Stir in heavy cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
