Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine honey and sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture turns a deep amber color, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, and salt. Slowly add the honey mixture to the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
- Stir in heavy cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
