Description

Soft and chewy cookies filled with Cadbury Mini Eggs, perfect for family gatherings and cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups Cadbury Mini Eggs (crushed or halved)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually.
  7. Fold in crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs and chocolate chips.
  8. Chill the dough for 30–60 minutes.
  9. Scoop dough into 1.5-tablespoon balls; place on baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  11. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
