Description

A comforting yet exciting dish that combines ground chicken with Cajun seasoning and BBQ sauce, served in hamburger buns for a delicious family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in BBQ sauce and Cajun seasoning. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.

Notes
