- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and Cajun seasoning. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat either in the microwave or in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
