- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature, drizzled with additional caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, replace graham cracker crumbs with gluten-free options.
