  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Follow the instructions on your brownie mix package.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake according to package instructions.
  5. Allow the brownie base to cool completely.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  7. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  8. Add the vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream; blend until smooth.
  9. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base.
