A simple, flavorful crockpot dinner that feeds the whole family using just five ingredients.

- 1 pound chicken (breast or thighs)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Place the chicken at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the can of cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- Add the salsa and corn on top.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over everything.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the sauce and mix well before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add fresh vegetables like bell peppers or onions. Mix and match ingredients based on what you have at home.
