Ingredients

- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized patties, about one inch in diameter.
- Place patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve on mini hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
