- 1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
- Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, Italian herbs, and salt over the buttered dough.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cut the dough into strips using a pizza cutter.
- Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, slide the breadsticks under the broiler for 30-60 seconds at the end of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
