Description

Delicious and cheesy breadsticks made from refrigerated pizza dough, perfect for family dinners or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape.
  3. Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the minced garlic, Italian herbs, and salt over the buttered dough.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cut the dough into strips using a pizza cutter.
  7. Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, slide the breadsticks under the broiler for 30-60 seconds at the end of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
