- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: cucumbers or bell peppers for added crunch
Instructions
- Season chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and juicy, about 7–8 minutes.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave.
- Layer cooked chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and any additional veggies on each tortilla.
- Roll tightly into wraps.
- Toast wraps on a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until cheese melts and tortilla is lightly golden.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
- Optional: Drizzle with garlic mayo or ranch for extra creaminess.
Notes
For extra flavor, mix mozzarella with a bit of Monterey Jack cheese. These wraps are great for meal prep just cook the chicken ahead and assemble when ready to eat.
