Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas (whole wheat or spinach wraps optional)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional: cucumbers or bell peppers for added crunch

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet until golden and juicy, about 7–8 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave.
  4. Layer cooked chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and any additional veggies on each tortilla.
  5. Roll tightly into wraps.
  6. Toast wraps on a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until cheese melts and tortilla is lightly golden.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.
  8. Optional: Drizzle with garlic mayo or ranch for extra creaminess.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix mozzarella with a bit of Monterey Jack cheese. These wraps are great for meal prep just cook the chicken ahead and assemble when ready to eat.
