- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, toasting each tortilla for 10 seconds per side.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of garlic aioli across the center of each tortilla.
- Add a heaping half cup of the shredded chicken and top with a quarter cup of shredded cheddar.
- Place the filled tortilla in the hot skillet, pressing gently with a spatula, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese begins to melt and the underside is golden.
- Fold or roll the wrap and flip to brown the other side for about 1 minute.
- Transfer each wrap to a cutting board, let it rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, top with fresh herbs like parsley or chives. Substitute whole grain tortillas for a lighter option.
