Description

Delicious and easy-to-make wraps filled with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and bold garlic, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread some of the chicken mixture on one half.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. You can add extra veggies like bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
