- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and spread some of the chicken mixture on one half.
- Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. You can add extra veggies like bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
