- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and orange zest.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
