- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For quicker preparation, use pre-cooked chicken or pre-grated cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
