Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
