Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
- In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and the sauce mixture to the pan.
- Stir-fry until broccoli is tender and beef is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
For the best flavor, slice the beef thinly against the grain. You can add more veggies or a splash of hot sauce for a spicier kick.
