Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
  2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and the sauce mixture to the pan.
  5. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender and beef is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
