  • Chicken Thighs
  • Chipotle Chili Powder
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Potatoes
  • Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • Cream or Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken thighs with chipotle chili powder, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brown the chicken in olive oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
