- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
- Add the oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
Serve with butter, honey, or maple syrup for added indulgence. Wrap leftovers to keep them moist.
