Description
A quick single-serve edible cookie dough you can make in minutes and enjoy right away.
Ingredients

- 1 & 1/2 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 & 1/2 tbsp flour (cooked in the microwave for 90 seconds)
- 1–2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a small bowl.
- Add in the vanilla and heavy whipping cream, mixing again.
- Add in the cooked and cooled flour and a pinch of salt, then mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mix one last time before enjoying.
Notes
Store any leftover dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze it for up to one month.
