Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Combine thoroughly.
- Form clusters by adding scoops of the mixture (about 2 tbsp) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in intervals.
- Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coating.
- Return the clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Freeze for a few more minutes to harden the chocolate before serving.
Notes
