Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Form clusters by adding scoops of the mixture (about 2 tbsp) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in intervals.
  5. Dip each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring thorough coating.
  6. Return the clusters to the baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  7. Freeze for a few more minutes to harden the chocolate before serving.
