Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Incorporate dried fruits and nuts.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
