- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, then add the flour and stir gently until just combined.
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer the Batter: Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Add Remaining Batter: Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon sugar layer and sprinkle the top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
- Swirl the Mixture: Using a knife, gently swirl the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Prepare the Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth for drizzling.
- Glaze the Bread after it cools completely.

Using overripe bananas enhances sweetness and moisture.
