Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of cinnamon rolls
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter or cooking spray for the pan
- Maple syrup or other toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
- Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Dip each piece of cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, coating well and letting excess drip off.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter or cooking spray.
- Place the coated pieces onto the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked bites to a serving plate. If icing came with the cinnamon rolls, warm it and drizzle over the bites.
