Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly and place them in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store leftover banana chips in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Best enjoyed fresh.
