Description

Crispy, sweet, and spiced banana chips made in the air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas thinly and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices and toss to coat.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Let cool before serving.
