Description

Classic Spinach Artichoke Dip is a creamy, comforting appetizer perfect for gatherings and cozy nights. It’s packed with savory flavor, a touch of garlic, and gooey melted cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the spinach, artichokes, garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes

Thoroughly drain the spinach and artichokes to avoid excess moisture. Add red pepper flakes for a kick or swap in Gruyère for a twist.
