Description

Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • White beans
  • Chicken broth
  • Onion, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, white beans, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
