Description

A delightful and fluffy cloud bread made with cottage cheese and fresh blueberries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
