Description

A heartwarming Cowboy Stir Fry loaded with colorful veggies and flavorful steak, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak tips
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup onions (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add olive oil to the griddle.
  3. Place the steak tips on the griddle, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove the steak from the griddle and set aside.
  5. In the same griddle, add garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Return the steak to the griddle, add the soy sauce, and stir everything together for an additional 1-2 minutes.
