- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers (sliced)
- 1 cup onions (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil to the griddle.
- Place the steak tips on the griddle, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the griddle and set aside.
- In the same griddle, add garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the steak to the griddle, add the soy sauce, and stir everything together for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your Cowboy Stir Fry!
