Description

A delicious and hearty dish perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dinner, packed with bacon, cheese, and hash browns.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the hash browns, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
