- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
- Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks and mix it well with the cream cheese and ranch mix.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Serve on buns or as desired, garnished with green onions.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead and tastes even better the next day. Optionally, add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
