Description

A creamy and flavorful dip perfect for gatherings, game days, or cozy nights at home. This warm dip pairs well with crispy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 2 jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in the cooked bacon, corn, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 1-2 hours or until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Make sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing for a smooth dip texture. Adjust jalapenos to modify spice level. Turkey bacon can be used for a lighter version.
