Description
This creamy beef and bowtie pasta is a quick one-pot dinner made with simple ingredients, bold flavor, and easy cleanup.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cups uncooked bowtie pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and tomato paste; stir for 1–2 minutes.
3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
4. Add uncooked bowtie pasta; stir and let cook for 10–12 minutes.
5. Stir occasionally until pasta is tender and sauce thickens.
6. Mix in parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
7. Serve hot with fresh parsley and extra cheese if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 4 days.
Reheat gently with a splash of cream or broth to restore texture.
Can be frozen in individual portions for meal prep.
