Description

A delicious and satisfying dish that combines tender chicken, whole wheat pasta, and a creamy sauce made from Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound lean chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat everything evenly.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
