Description

A warm, cheesy dip packed with flavor, perfect for gatherings and game nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté minced garlic in a little olive oil for about 30 seconds, then add the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts, about 3 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Fold in the sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, and cheeses.
  4. Transfer the creamy mixture to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Use fresh spinach for best flavor. Consider adding red pepper flakes for a kick, or serve it in a hollowed-out bread loaf for presentation.
