Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
